Legal
Terms of service
Last updated October 24, 2026
By using PDF Summarizer AI you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please do.
The service
PDF Summarizer AI turns PDF documents into written briefs and answers questions about them using artificial intelligence. Every brief links its points to the pages they come from so you can check them.
A reading aid, not advice
Briefs and answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Before you rely on something important, check it against the original document and, where it matters, a qualified professional.
Your documents
- Only upload documents you have the right to use.
- Do not upload content that is illegal or that you are not allowed to share with a third-party processor.
- You keep all rights to your documents and to the briefs you create from them.
Fair use
The free plan includes a daily number of briefs and questions, which we may adjust. Do not try to get around the limits, overload the service, scrape it or use it to build a competing product. We may limit or block access that harms the service or other users.
Pro and Team waitlist
Reserving founder pricing puts you on a list. It is not a purchase and there is no obligation to subscribe. Paid plans will have their own terms, which you will see before you pay.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a brief.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions? Reach us through the contact form.
